There appeared to be a severe under-representation in spoon making instructors from Canada, yet we are backyard to one of the world's largest forest resources. Where is our spoon making tradition?

Imagine what could be produced just from the waste of the current forestry industry, how many people it could employ and what products we could produce locally without importing another plastic 'thing' from China.
